SongBox is a service that generates AI music based on uploaded images and text prompts. We use artificial intelligence to create unique music inspired by your content.

3. User Content and Rights

Content Usage Rights: By uploading images or submitting text prompts to SongBox, you grant us permission to:

  • Process and analyze your content for the purpose of generating music
  • Display your content in connection with the music generated
  • Use your content and generated music in our marketing materials, showcase, portfolio, and promotional content
  • Store your content for service improvement purposes

By uploading any content to SongBox, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own all rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use the content
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
  • The content does not contain any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • You have the legal right to grant SongBox the permissions described in these Terms

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that we believe violates these terms or may create liability.

4. Generated Music

The AI-generated music provided by SongBox is licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to the following conditions:

  • You may not claim copyright ownership of the generated music
  • You may use the music in personal and commercial projects
  • You may not sell or distribute the raw generated music files as standalone products
  • SongBox retains the right to use and showcase all generated music

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SongBox for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activities
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person or entity
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code
  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security
  • Collecting user information without their consent

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of SongBox after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

SongBox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SongBox is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
